Tips and recommendations for clean wood
1. Remove dust
Before any cleaning, be sure to remove dust from the wood surface with a soft, dry cloth or a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment.
2. Clean with soap and water
Mix warm water with a few drops of mild soap. Dampen a microfiber cloth and wipe the wood in the direction of the grain
3. Treat stains and shine
For stains, you can use a mixture of baking soda and water, or a specific wood cleaner. If you want a shine, you can use a soft, dry cloth to buff the wood. If you want a higher shine, you can apply wood oil or polishing wax, following the manufacturer’s instructions.
4. Dry completely
Make sure the wood is completely dry before using it or storing items in it, to avoid damaging the wood.
